Health Coach Carter’s program is great! He’s very understanding and helpful. Going into the program, I thought it was going to be more complicated, but it’s really not. The 3 steps that you follow may seem overwhelming and a bit confusing at first, but Health Coach Carter is great at explaining them and keeping you accountable. Definitely recommend the program.
